The Baby Pool is closed until further notice due to a mechanical issue with the pump. The Big Pool remains open.

Canterbury CT Paving Project – Week of July 31
The HOA Board has awarded a Canterbury CT repair & resurfacing bid to JENA Asphalt Solutions. The work will begin the week of Monday July 31.
Anticipated timeline:
- Monday July 31 – stage equipment, residents relocate vehicles to Hawthorne Drive (outer-loop only)
- Tuesday Aug 1 – mill & repair – Road closes. Trash/Recycling service will be accommodated
- Wednesday Aug 2 – pave/overlay
- Thursday Aug 3 – Road reopens
Residents will receive more specific instructions via flyers delivered to their households before, during, and after the project.
