Beginning in 2019, the HOA began exploring improvements to community common ground and stormwater management. Through grant-supported work with the Brandywine Conservancy and Natural Lands Trust, the HOA obtained a technical assessment and recommendations for the property.
The documents below preserve that planning work along with historic development, pond, and dam information that may be useful for future HOA projects and reference.
