Suffolk & Glouchester CTs – Week of July 7, 2025
The HOA Board has awarded the repair and resurfacing bid for Suffolk and Glouchester Courts to JENA Asphalt Solutions.
Work will begin the week of Monday, July 7, 2025, starting daily at 7:30 AM.
Please note the anticipated timelines and important information below:
SUFFOLK CT:
- Monday, July 7: Mill & repair. Road closes. Vehicles must be relocated to Hawthorne Drive (outer-loop only) before 7:30 AM. You may return after 4:30 PM.
- Tuesday, July 8: Base repairs & paving. Road closes all day. No parking until Wednesday, July 9. Trash/Recycling service will be accommodated.
- Wednesday, July 9: Project completion. Road reopens.
GLOUCHESTER CT:
- Wednesday, July 9: Mill & repair. Road closes. Vehicles must be relocated to Hawthorne Drive (outer-loop only) before 7:30 AM. You may return after 4:30 PM.
- Thursday, July 10: Base repairs & paving. Road closes all day. No parking until Friday, July 11.
- Friday, July 11: Project completion. Road reopens.
