Attention: Hedgerow Culbertson Run – Windemere, Chapel and Glouchester Ct Residents

Date: Thursday, September 30 @ 7:00 a.m. Day two of project.

Completed Work: Milling has been completed on all three courts. Resurfacing has only been completed on Glouchester CT.

Planned Work: Resurfacing will be completed on Chapel CT & Windemere CT. Crack sealing will be completed on all three courts tomorrow Thursday, September 30 at 7am.

Details:

Please remove any vehicles in the specified areas during this time. While the work is being performed, vehicles can park in any available visitor parking, or on the outer edge of Hawthorne Drive (away from the construction area).
Re-entry to the specified section will be permitted upon the removal of any cones and/or caution tape.
Traffic cones will delineate areas needed to perform the work or stockpile equipment and materials. Please keep clear of these areas.

Please note that this is a construction project and trip hazards will exist. Please use caution while walking around these areas.

Should weather cause a cancellation of work for any streets, we will let you know.

needed to ensure the workers’ productivity and a quality finished product.

**WEATHER PERMITTING – Repair work is scheduled to begin on the Windemere CT, Chapel CT, and Glouchester CT roadways on Wednesday, September 29 at 7am.

Please remove any vehicles in the specified areas during this time. While the work is being performed, vehicles can park in any available visitor parking, or on the outer edge of Hawthorne Drive (away from the construction area).

Due to the impact of yesterday’s storm – the pool will be closed today, Thursday September 2nd. We will post a notification ahead of tomorrow’s planned 3:30pm pool opening. Thank you.

The Culbertson Run Pool Season ends on Labor Day – Monday, September 6. Here are the pool hours for the final week of the Pool Season.

Weekdays – Monday August 30 through Friday September 3 – Open 3:30pm to 7:30pm

Final Weekend – Labor Day Weekend – September 4, 5, 6 (Labor Day) – Open 12:00 Noon to 7:30pm
