Due to predicted storms, the pool has closed for the day as of 2:30pm.

The Wednesday July 16 HHA Board meeting has been canceled. The HHA Board will meet again in August on Wednesday August 6 @ 7:15pm at the clubhouse.

The Paving Project for Suffolk & Glouchester CTs is complete. Please see the following Do’s and Don’ts to help maintain the new surface.

ROADWAY “DO’s and DON’Ts”

FOLLOWING THE PROJECT

DO make sure the vehicle’s wheels are rolling before turning the steering wheel.

DON’T turn your automobile wheels while the vehicle is at a complete stop

DON’T drive on the roadway edges, the edges may crack and crumble.

DON’T drive aggressively, fast starts and stops will cause damage

DON’T spin your wheels, turn sharp, or stop short

The Baby Pool has reopened. Thank you for your patience.

The Baby Pool remains closed pending inspection by the Chester County Health Department. Fox Pool Management is aware and coordinating the inspection.

We expect the pool to reopen by the end of the week, likely Friday, July 11. We’ll post an update once it has officially reopened.

Due to the predicted weather conditions this week, the paving project timeline has been expedited. Both roads will now be paved on Wednesday July 9.

Work will commence daily at 7:30 AM. Please review the updated timelines below:

Both Suffolk and Glouchester CTs

• Tuesday, July 8:
  • Mill & Base Repairs Continued: The roads will be partially closed.
  • Vehicle Relocation: Residents should relocate all vehicles to Hawthorne Drive (outer-loop only) before 7:30 AM, otherwise you may encounter delays
  • Trash/Recycling Service: Waste collection services will be accommodated as usual.
• Wednesday, July 9:
  • Paving: The roads will be closed all day.
  • Parking Restrictions: No parking will be permitted on Suffolk CT until Thursday, July 10.
  • Suffolk CT residents should temporarily park on the outer loop of Hawthorne Drive – toward Chatham and Essex CTs (toward RT 322)
  • Glouchester CT residents should park on the outer loop – toward Chapel and Lambeth CTs
• Thursday, July 10:
  • Asphalt cooldown: The roads will be closed all day.
• Friday, July 11:
  • Residents should be able to return their cars in the morning

The Baby Pool is awaiting an inspection by the Chester County Health Department and is closed until that inspection may be coordinated – delayed by the holiday weekend.

Fox Pool Management is aware and will coordinate. We will post a note when the Baby Pool has been reopened – which should be early next week, the week of July 7 – TBD. Thanks.

The HHA July 2025 Board meeting has been rescheduled from July 9 to Wednesday July 16 @ 7:15pm at the clubhouse.

Suffolk & Glouchester CTs – Week of July 7, 2025

The HOA Board has awarded the repair and resurfacing bid for Suffolk and Glouchester Courts to JENA Asphalt Solutions.

Work will begin the week of Monday, July 7, 2025, starting daily at 7:30 AM.

Please note the anticipated timelines and important information below:

SUFFOLK CT:

• Monday, July 7: Mill & repair. Road closes. Vehicles must be relocated to Hawthorne Drive (outer-loop only) before 7:30 AM. You may return after 4:30 PM.
• Tuesday, July 8: Base repairs & paving. Road closes all day. No parking until Wednesday, July 9. Trash/Recycling service will be accommodated.
• Wednesday, July 9: Project completion. Road reopens.

GLOUCHESTER CT:

• Wednesday, July 9: Mill & repair. Road closes. Vehicles must be relocated to Hawthorne Drive (outer-loop only) before 7:30 AM. You may return after 4:30 PM.
• Thursday, July 10: Base repairs & paving. Road closes all day. No parking until Friday, July 11.
• Friday, July 11: Project completion. Road reopens.

Due to unfavorable weather conditions, the pool is closed today – Sunday June 15.

The pool will reopen next weekend – Saturday June 21.
