Clubhouse Driveway Work – Scheduled for Tuesday June 20
- Driveway will be closed to all vehicle and foot traffic on Tuesday June 20
- Driveway will remain closed to vehicle traffic on Wednesday June 21
- Driveway will be expected to reopen to all traffic on Thursday June 22

Pool Update – Monday May 29 2023
The big pool will be closed until further notice. The pool company has determined that rock and concrete dust is the root cause of the cloudy water. Their remediation work is ongoing.
The baby pool, and the general pool area, will be open during normal hours.

The pool company continues to work on the Big Pool. While it may open today, it is now unlikely. Once it has officially opened, we’ll post another update.

2023 HHA Pool Season Announcement
The HHA neighborhood pool is expected to open for the season this Saturday May 27. Please see the attached announcement and pool rules.

PECO Project Updates
The PECO reliability and resiliency improvement project continues. PECO had intended to share an introductory letter and a door-hanger flyer, but not all residents received this information. Both documents are attached to this post and should be reviewed.
Of note – PECO will restore any disturbed areas, whether common ground or resident property. The property owner should utilize the contact information in the attached letter. As far as expectations for restoration of impacted property – the project itself is estimated to be completed by the end of July 2023. Particular restorations, such as replacing grass, may extend into the Fall so that the conditions for restoration are optimal.
