Beginning in 2019, the Culbertson Run HOA began the process of common ground improvements. Using a grant opportunity from the Brandywine Conservancy and Natural Lands Trust organizations, the HOA obtained a free technical plan in mid-2021. The plan will be built out in phases with work starting in late 2021 and continuing indefinitely as interest and funding permit.
