Hedgerow Culbertson Run HHA Online

If interested in helping the community, please send me an email kimbobik@hhaonline.com and let me know which committee you are interested in, your name, and address. The Board will review submissions and if selected, you will be contacted. The start up of the meetings may be twice a month but once established we should be able to work through emails and not need to meet so often.

Alsies Ice Cream Truck will be making a special Christmas in July stop tomorrow, July 25th, from 10:45AM to 11:15AM at the Clubhouse. In case of a large turnout, please take a minute to check out the menu and bring exact change when possible. Open board meetings have been moved to the second Tuesday at 7PM.

The next meetung will be August 11th at 7:00 PM

Why the Change?

We have adjusted our schedule to hold the Executive Session prior to the regular Open Board Meeting rather than afterward. Moving the executive session to the beginning of the evening allows the Board to address confidential matters first and share any relevant non-confidential updates or decisions immediately during the 7:00 PM open session.

This change helps keep the community informed in real time rather than waiting until the following month’s meeting.

ROADWAY “DO’s and DON’Ts” Especially in the Cul de Sac

DO make sure the vehicle’s wheels are rolling before turning the steering wheel.

DON’T turn your automobile wheels while the vehicle is at a complete stop

DON’T drive on the roadway edges, the edges may crack and crumble.

DON’T drive aggressively, fast starts and stops will cause damage

DON’T spin your wheels, turn sharp, or stop short
