It has been a long time coming but the Architectural Variance Request (AVR) form can now be completed online at https://hhaonline.com/hha-architectural-variance-request-avr/ The original PDF versions are still available. The forms can be accessed from the “bylaws and rules” page. Our hope is that the new online AVR version will make completing and submitting the form much easier for users. Additionally, we expect the online form will help speed the approval process.

Advanced Notification: Tree Work and Crane
Tree removal work is scheduled to commence within the next two weeks in the vicinity of 115 Chapel Ct. The work will require a crane to be on site. Tree removal work is inherently dangerous. While the tree removal is underway, please keep children and pets clear of the area on Chapel Ct. and the adjacent Aqua pump station and pond areas. Be prepared for intermittent vehicle restrictions.
If the board is provided with additional scheduling details, they will be communicated to the residents on the hhaonline.com website. The website is the primary source for information regarding the community.

September HHA Board Meeting Update: Canceled and Future Nominations
The portion of the HHA Board meeting open to residents, scheduled for 09/15/2016, has been canceled. In the past few weeks two members of the Board have resigned. We are taking the time to stabilize board functions to ensure continued operations of the Board. Further, we will be looking to nominate homeowners to the board in the coming weeks. If you are interested, please reach out to either the board or Trident Property Management.
The Board would like to thank resigning members, Kim Bobik and Mike Mize. Kim was able to draw the community together and establish the Architectural Committee, Pool Committee and Pond and Landscape Committee. I think it is fair to say that Kim breathed new life into the community. Mike will be remembered for his 10+ years of service to the community. His notable accomplishments such as the Reserve Study, paving projects, pool renovation, and day to day interest in the community speak to his resilience and focus.

Saturday September 5 – Pool Closed Today
Unfortunately, the pool will be closed today, Saturday September 5, because a lifeguard is not available.
We know many residents were hoping to enjoy the pool during the final weekend of the season, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
If staffing becomes available and the pool is able to open later today, we’ll post an update here.
Thank you for your understanding.
