1. Permission is granted for temporary parking along the outer loop of Hawthorne Drive only.
2. Please do not allow your guests to park less than 25 feet from any intersection to preserve sight distance.

Lifeguard hasn’t followed up with Fox after initially saying they were just running late.

Backup guards were contacted but without success.

Chapel & Brookfield CTs – Week of June 22, 2026

The HOA Board has awarded the repair and resurfacing bid for Chapel and Brookfield Courts to JENA Asphalt Solutions.

Work will begin the week of Monday, June 22, 2026, starting daily at 7:30 AM.

A detailed schedule will be issued as we get closer.
