Pat Trofa has volunteered to revive the HHA Finance Committee. The committee will be responsible for recommending financial policies, goals, and budgets that support the needs of the HHA community. The committee will also review the Association’s financial performance against its goals and propose major transactions and programs to the board.

A resident at the February HHA meeting requested that Board meeting minutes be made more available to residents and possibly posted on website. The Board discussed this and agreed that, from this point on, OPEN MEETING minutes will be posted on the website. Due to confidential information discussed in closed meetings – including individual residents’ private communications with the HHA Board – CLOSED MEETING notes will not be posted on the website. However, if any resident wishes to see the Meetings Minutes book – including CLOSED MEETING minutes – they can request an appointment with a Board member at the Clubhouse. The Meeting Minutes book can only be reviewed in the Clubhouse office with a Board member present. The link below is to the minutes from the February 24, 2016 meeting…

Where: Clubhouse

Santa is making a special trip to the Culbertson Run Clubhouse. Santa will arrive at 6pm. He can’t wait to read “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” to all of the boys and girls. While Santa is reading, the guests can enjoy some complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. After the story, the kids are welcome to sit on Santa’s lap and tell Santa what they want for Christmas!

This is a great FREE photo opportunity. Santa may even have a little surprise for all of the good boys and girls. All ages welcome.

So come on over to the clubhouse on Saturday, December 19th at 6pm for story time with Santa!

Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 8 am to 1 pm. Rain date: May

16th. We will place an ad in the local newspaper. All you need to do is place a yard sale sign at

the end of your street and have your sale items ready to sell. Now is the perfect time to sell some

of the items sitting around the house. Start setting items aside today.

Saturday March 28 at 4:00 PM in front of the clubhouse.

Rain date Sunday March 29 at 2:00 PM.

For children ages 9 and under.
