Thank you for submitting an Architectural Variance Request. The request has been sent to the property manager. Upon verification that all necessary information is attached, the property manager will forward to the AVR committee.
Description of changes desired – give full details (or attach exhibits) of purpose and/or reason, type and color of materials to be used, and location of the property: If the change is for a structural change, ground planting, fencing, rearrangement, etc., attach survey documents, a sketch or architectural plan, building permit below for final approval.
