Firewood along Hawthorne Drive
After receiving the go-ahead from the township supervisors, the township road crew has started the removal of designated trees along Hawthorne Drive for the Hawthorne Drive Stormwater Management project.
The road crew will leave the resultant firewood in place for a period of time. The firewood is First-Come, First-Served.
Firewood not collected will be removed by the township at a later date.

HHA 2019 Budget Presentation
Budget presentation from the HHA Wednesday, December 12th, 2018 Open Meeting:
Dues will increase by $10/month as of January 1st, 2019 to fund the Common Reserve. Details from our reserve study findings regarding upcoming projects and funding can be found on the hhaonline.com website under the Reserve Study heading.
If you decide to pay your dues IN FULL for the year by January 31, 2019, you will get a 5% discount on the dues for 2019.
- Single Family Homes: 12 months @ $105 = $1,260 minus 5% = $1,197
- Townhouses: 12 months @ $130 = $1,560 minus 5% = $1,482
The Association fee is now $105/mo for single homes and $130/mo for townhomes.
The payment is due by the 8th of every month.
Checks can be dropped off at the clubhouse mail slot or mailed to:
Hedgerow Homeowners Association,
200 Hedgerow Drive,
Downingtown, PA 19335.
Be sure to include the address number on your check.

Final Township Leaf Collection – Tomorrow – Monday, November 26th
From East Brandywine Township:
Fall leaf collection for 2018 will be the weeks of: October 22; November 5; and November 26.
The East Brandywine Township Public Works Department collected about 262 tons of leaves during our 2017 leaf collection. Thank you to all those who participated.
Please place all leaves along the side of the road on lawn area within six feet (6’) of road edge. Placing leaves on lawn allows them to dry and the vacuum can pick them up more easily.
**Leaves must not be placed on the roadway, this can cause a traffic hazard and will not be picked up by the Road Crew.**
Do not block storm drain inlets and drainage areas. Our leaf vacuum cannot pick up sticks and branches so please do not mix them with your leaf piles.
**To have sticks and branches picked up, please call the township office (610-269-8230) with your name and street address and location of your pile.**
Leaves can be placed in paper leaf bags but not in plastic bags.

Open Meetings for Remainder of the Year
FYI – our HOA Board meetings will be OPEN meetings for the remainder of the year.
They are on the 2nd Wednesday of each month @ 7:15 PM at the clubhouse.
This includes the meeting tomorrow – Wednesday, September 12th @ 7:15PM.
We try to post the agenda by lunchtime on the day of the meeting, though the agenda does not vary much meeting to meeting.
