The lifeguard called out and they have not found a replacement. If a replacement is found the pool will open.

Saturday,  August 22 – Pool Party
Tuesday, September 15 @ 7pm – Open Board Meeting

In October we plan to resume Open Board Meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at 7PM.

END OF SEASON POOL SCHEDULE:

• Open – 7 days per week through Sunday, August 23
• Closed – Monday, August 24 through Friday, August 28
• Open – Saturday, August 29 & Sunday, August 30
• Closed – Monday, August 31 through Friday, September 4
• Open – Final Weekend – Labor Day Weekend – September 5, September 6, September 7 (Labor Day)

Attention homeowners, at the August HOA meeting held on Tuesday, August 11th, the HOA Board signed three Rules & Regulations Amendments that take effect immediately.

Below is a quick summary of the changes:

The Board will review submissions and if selected, you will be contacted. The start up of the meetings may be twice a month but once established we should be able to work through emails and not need to meet so often.

Alsies Ice Cream Truck will be making a special Christmas in July stop tomorrow, July 25th, from 10:45AM to 11:15AM at the Clubhouse.
