HOA Paving Project Announcement

Pool Guidelines

Dear Residents,

Due to recent safety violations over the June 13-14 weekend involving unauthorized substances, rowdy behavior, and a failure to sign in, the Board is strictly enforcing pool rules effective immediately.

Please be reminded of the following Pool Guidelines:

Sign-In Requirement: All residents and guests must sign in upon entering the pool area.

Prohibited Substances: No unauthorized substances or glass containers are permitted within the facility at any time.

Respectful Conduct: The pool is a family-friendly environment. Rowdy, disruptive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

Target Behaviors: Fighting or physical altercations; vaping, smoking, edibles, or consuming alcohol anywhere within the pool gates; clear public intoxication; consumption of illegal substances (including underage usage of any substance); verbal abuse or intimidation of the lifeguards; trespassing after hours.

Consequence: Immediate removal from the premises and revocation of pool privileges for the remainder of the year. Legal or law enforcement action may be taken for after-hours trespassing or violent conduct.

Please Note: These guidelines serve as a general framework for community safety and are not all-encompassing. The Board reserves the right to address unlisted disruptive behaviors and modify or update these policies at any time to ensure the well-being of our residents.

The Board views these guidelines with the utmost seriousness. Thank you for your immediate cooperation in keeping our community amenities safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

Sincerely,

The Hedgerow Culbertson Run Board of Directors

Pool Rules

Dear Neighbors,

We take great pride in our community pool being a relaxing, friendly space for everyone. However, following several reports regarding activity over this past weekend, I find it necessary to issue a firm reminder of our community standards.

Pool Rules & Safety

To ensure the safety of all residents, please remember that the following are strictly prohibited within the pool area:

  • Alcohol and illegal drugs (including edibles)
  • Smoking and vaping

The pool is a common area intended for all ages; being under the influence while on the premises is not permitted. Please be advised that local authorities will be contacted if illegal activity or safety hazards occur.

As a Reminder: Running, pushing, roughhousing, or excessive horseplay or chicken fighting in the pool area is not permitted.

Dues and Access

A reminder that pool access is a privilege reserved for members in good standing.

Account Status: Pool access will be suspended for any household behind on HOA dues.

Consistency: Maintaining the pool requires year-round funding. It is not acceptable to pay only through the spring to secure a pass and then cease payments.

My goal is to restore the fun environment our long-time residents know and love. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community safe.

Sincerely,

Kim Bobik
